College and university instructors teaching relevant courses can access copies of titles to consider for adoption. In some cases, viewable chapters of books have been made available at www/gaonbooks.com. Consult a book’s table of contents on its webpage, and click on chapter titles that have links to see the text of a chapter. An increasing number of titles are available as e-books. Go to email@example.com to request an e-title for consideration.
Send requests for desk hard copies on department letterhead, specifying the instructor’s name, course name, semester to be offered, expected enrollment, and the complete mailing address. If you are not sure that you will adopt the book, please help us keep costs down by ordering it instead. If in the future you decide to assign a book you have previously ordered, Gaon Books will give you a refund within 6 months and with a proof of purchase.
When a Gaon book has been assigned as a text for coursework, individual students are entitled to a discount of 20 percent when ordering directly from Gaon Books. Students can place orders through our website, www.gaonbooks.com. During the checkout process, write in the "Ordering Instructions" field: the name of the university/college, instructor's name, course name, and semester to be offered. E-book editions are available for an increasing number of titles.
Questions about student orders should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gaon also works directly with campus bookstores and textbook providers. To place an order, inquire about sales terms, or request permission to return unsold books, contact email@example.com.
